Please read our role descriptions and fill out the form below. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

Team RISE Mentor

Mentors support grieving children and teens by teaching life skills and engaging in recreational and educational activities. Moreover, they develop long-lasting relationships, becoming role models and validators.

Volunteers should expect to spend 2 hours in total, to prepare 15 minutes prior to Team RISE and wrap up 15 minutes after. Team RISE will take place every other week and last for 1.5 hours.

Camp Cope Facilitator

Facilitators are certified volunteers that co-lead Camp Cope sessions.

They undergo additional training that will equip them to deliver Child Life Specialist-developed activities that aim to decrease isolation, increase self-confidence, and build resiliency through expression, art, and recreation.

Sessions take place twice a month, and facilitators should expect to spend 1.5 hours in total to prepare, facilitate, and wrap up each meeting. To ensure continuity, facilitators are expected to commit for the full length of the program (4 months).

Volunteer - Other Duties

We always need volunteers with other talents, as well. Would you like to help us with administrative duties, fundraising, supply drives or events? Do you have any other specialized skills?

We’d love to have you on the team!
